Mac OS X Built-In Firewall

Unfortunately, if your firewall is not properly configured on Mac OS X, CrossClip will just silently fail to receive data.

1. First, lets check to see if the firewall is on. Open your System Preferences and click the Sharing icon.

2. Next, click the Firewall tab and check to see if the Firewall is on or off. If on, continue to step 3.

3. Click New to create a new firewall rule.

Port Name: Other
TCP Ports: 9092
UDP Ports: 9091
Description: CrossClip

4. Click OK to save the new rule.
